Omondi: Nothing special about Chemelil

Muho

Muhoroni Youth is set to face off with their cross town rivals in the Tusker Premier League (TPL), Chemelil Sugar in the 27th round of league matches on Sunday 28 October in a match that could assure them of top flight status next season.

Experience

Despite the wealth in top flight experience boasted by the millers, Muhoroni Youth will carry a fearless attitude as they head to the clash at the Chemelil Sports Complex and deputy team manager Gilbert Omondi says they are preparing for the clash just like any other league match.

-Our opponents are a very experienced lot as far as top flight football is concerned but we are also preparing well for them. I don’t think there is anything special with them thus we are just preparing for it like any other league match.

Ease fears

-This is like a derby to us and we have a fully fit squad so I don’t see why we should stumble in this game yet we know very well that with points from the game we will ease the relegation fears, he told futaa.com.

Muhoroni Youth warmed up for the game with a big win over Ahero Rangers in a friendly match on Thursday 25 October.
