Omondi hopes for a bounce back

James Omondi

Kenyan Premier League (KPL) side KCB faces off with Muhoroni Youth FC on Sunday 15 July after a string of losses and the Bankers’ coach James Omondi hopes his side can manage a good result in the tie.

Hope for a lift

The Bankers have managed just one win in their last five matches and Omondi says he is not at ease with the performance but after good preparation since the Gor Mahia defeat on Sunday 8 July, he will be hoping for a lift.

Concerned

-We have prepared well for the game because we also realise that Muhoroni is not an easy team to face. I am particularly concerned about our recent run; no one likes losing and I believe we will bounce back in this game, he told futaa.com.

The Bankers started the current campaign brightly but have dipped in recent times and are currently placed 12th with 18 points.
