Omino ready for Gor Mahia

.
Western Stima coach Henry Omino is ready to tackle Gor Mahia in the Kenayn Premier League at the Mumias sports complex in Mumias town.

Omino and Stima have been forced into a new home for the day, after their Bukhungu stadium home was declared a no-go by the Kenyan Premier League LTD because of security concerns.

According to Omino, Mumias will do just fine or them as they aim to shoot down K'ogallo.

-We are fully prepared for the game. The preparations have been very good and the players are fit and ready to play.

-Gor Mahia are a very good team and they will offer good competition for us here. I am confident though that we will do well in the game. Hopefully we can finish tops, he told Futaa.com.

Acclimatised

Stima will have to make do with using the Mumias sports complex and Omino is adamant that they will settle there easily.

-It was a blow to lose out on playing in our home stadium. Of course, it would have been better if we were at home.

-Mumias is a good ground and the players like it. Some have played here before and the ones who have not have trained here twice and are well placed to play, he finished.

The game kicks off at 1500 Hrs local time.
