Omino assured of Ingwe scalp

Omino

The Western Stima coach Henry Omino is convinced of the capabilities in his team as he prepares to take on the Tusker Premier League (TPL) giants AFC Leopards in the league tie on Saturday 15 September.

Going for win

Though Omino admits that AFC Leopards will come out strongly in the encounter after struggling in the last game, he says his team’s ambition to finish as high as possible on the standings is what spurs them on and will be going for a win in the game.

-I know they really want to bounce back after struggling a bit (against Tusker) but we also have our plans, so I don’t think they will bounce back in our game at the weekend. With the preparations we have had this far and what we have lined up, we are going all out for a win, he told futaa.com.

The venue of the game has not yet been confirmed after Bukhungu Stadium, Western Stima’s home ground was ruled out though Stima were making moves to secure Afraha Stadium in Nakuru.
