Western Stima beat league leaders AFC Leopards 2-1 in a Tusker Premier League match played at the Afraha Stadium in Nakuru on Saturday 15 September 2012.
Reaction
Western Stima Head Coach Henry Omino expressed his satisfaction with the team's display saying that the players were in fantastic form and gave the match their all.
-I'm very happy with how my team played today. We had good preparations prior to the match and I knew we would get a good result from the match, Omino said after the match.
-Our main target now is to finish among the top five teams. If we achieve that then I will have achieved my goal, he added.
Western Stima will face fifth-placed Sofapaka on Friday 21 September 2012 in their next league match.
