Oliech unassailed in French Ligue Two assists

After supplying the key passes in AJ Auxerre's last French Ligue Two match, Dennis Oliech, appears to have curved a niche as the league’s premier assister.

Feeding Terence Makengo’s 70^th and Paul-Georges NTEP’s 84^th minute goals, in their Monday 1 October 2-1 win over AC Arles Avignon, helped Oliech increase the number of assists he has made so far to six.

On the assists log, Oliech is followed by Angers SCO’s Ferebory Dore, AS Monaco’s Valere Germain, SM Caen’s Faycal Fajr, AS Monaco’s Yannick Ferreira Carrasco and Le Mans FC’s Jason Buaillon, who have each made three assists since the beginning of the season.
