The two, together with FK Tirana's James Situma were scheduled to arrive in camp earlier in the day, but resorted to an afternoon flight to get to Mumias.
Stars assistant coach Leonard Saleh, confirmed their arrival and subsequent training.
-Oliech, Jamal and Situma arrived in camp and played a part in training. We are happy to have them here, he told Futaa.com.
Morale boost
The arrival of the three players raised the tempo of camp, according to the coach.
-We are happy that they are here and you could see from the reaction of the rest of the players. It has raised the morale in camp, he added.
Training will continue on Wednesday morning, with the arrival of the rest of the foriegn based players.
