KEMRI FC head coach
David Okal blamed poor officiating after his side lost 0-1 to KNH FC in the
Nairobi Provincial League match played on Saturday 11 August 2012.
KNH won the game by a solitary goal through Reyes Oduor at the 70th minute after a good cross from Emmanuel Shivachi.
Okal said that his side played impressively and believes the two scores which were termed as offside by the referee were clear goals.
-According to me, the game was not fair; we were denied two clean goals. My boys played well according to my strategy but poor officiating by the referee and the three injury cases contributed to this lose, Okal told futaa.com.
Okal added that he hopes the team will bounce back in their next match. They host Huruma Youth on Sunday 12 August at the KNH grounds.
-I hope for the best, I believe in my boys and I know we shall win tomorrow’s match bearing in mind we beat them 3-1 in the first leg.
