Relegation threatened Tusker Premier League (TPL) side Oserian FC will meet Sofapaka this weekend in what could easily pass as a must win game for both sides in the encounter at the Nyayo National Stadium on Sunday 30 September.
Real danger
The Naivasha side’s deputy coach Peter Ogutu says the game is a must win, failure to which the team will be in real danger of relegation, eight months after making a return to the Kenyan top flight.
Speaking to futaa.com, the coach acknowledged that Sofapaka will pose a big threat in the game considering their rough patch in recent times but hoped his charges will rise to the occasion and win the vital points.
Must win
-If they beat us it will be very dangerous; we want to stay up and it means we have to win this game. I know they are also in need of a win so badly and will bring very tough opposition but it is my hope that the boys will do the job, he said.
The first leg encounter between the two sides ended in a barren draw at the Oserian Stadium.
