Speaking to futaa.com, the chairman Peter Jabuya revealed that talks had been concluded and that the players is now a property of the Kawangware based side ahead of the season kick off.
-We have concluded talks with Blackberry and he is indeed our player. He will be in our list of players for the coming season so he is not in talks any more.
Blackberry, the 2010 Player of the Year, returns to the league after a successful spell in the Tusker Premier League 2010 season when he played for Gor Mahia leading them to a second place finish.
He has also held unsuccessful spells in Danish club Randers FC and Tanzania's Azam FC before returning to the country towards the end of 2012.
Nairobi City Stars has promised to divulge the details of his contract in due course.
