In the just ended weekend, Nyeri’s top league the Central Provincial had one of it’s highlights; a table topping tie between the top two sides Muranga United and Nyeri Stima.
None of the two got the better of the other as the game ended even at 1-1.
In the game played at the Nyeri Technical grounds from 1500hrs on Sunday, Nyeri Stima opened the scoring in the 17th minute through Sylvester Odari.
Three minutes to the break, Victor Madaraka, the league second best striker sunk his goal 26 of the season to level matters for Muranga United.
