Former Gor Mahia and Thika United striker Haji Mwachoki’s future hangs in the balance after the player left Chemelil Sugar FC at the end of the first leg with just six months gone since signing for the millers.
Nothing agreed
The striker is said to be on his way back to Thika United but with four days to go before the mid season transfer window is shut, the Chemelil Sugar chairman Mr. Robert Nyakundi says the club has not agreed anything with Thika United so as it stands the player does not have his release letter.
-We have not released Haji as yet. We are still on the negotiations table with Thika United and at the moment nothing is agreed, he told futaa.com.
The player had the best times of his career at Thika United, emerging as the team’s top scorer in two seasons before joining Gor Mahia in 2011.
