With the resumption of the Kenyan Premier League (KPL) less than a week away teams in the top flight have been sharpening up for the challenge and Muhoroni Youth FC’s new signing Harry Gentle says he is prepared for their opening game against Ulinzi Stars.
Can’t wait
The 2010 KPL champions thumped Muhoroni Youth 2 – 0 in Afraha in the last round of games in the first leg and with a visit to Muhoroni awaiting them on Sunday 24 June, Gentle says he can’t wait to make his home debut.
Going for a win
-We are fit and rejuvenated after the mid season rest. We are ready for the Ulinzi challenge and personally I can’t wait to make the return to the top flight. It is also great that we will be playing at home and in front of our fans. We will be looking for a win, he told futaa.com.
The Nigerian signed for the KPL debutants recently from Ligi Ndogo after just six months at the Division One side.
