National Coach invited to scout at the Coast

Globetrotting Harambee Stars French Coach Henry Michael has been invited to attend South Coast Provincial pressure cooker match between Zone A leaders Shanzu United and SS Assad on Sunday 16 September 2012 at Mzimuni in Ukunda.

SS Assad team manager Habibi Vumbui said this will give the French man an opportunity to scout local talent at the grass root which has been ignored for long

-We call upon Henri Michel to take a cue from the late Stars German coach Reinhardt Fabisch who crisscrossed the country recruiting young budding players.  Michel should come to Mzimuni on Sunday and see for himself the real stars of the game, Vumbi said.

During the tenure of Reinhard Fabich new sensational players like the Hassan Juma and Mohammed Sharif from Two Fishes from the Coast were drafted into the national team.

SS Assad have an unbeaten record at home and are  currently placed third on the log with 30 points , five points behind leaders Shanzu United but with two matches in hand.
