But that run came to a halt at the Afraha Stadium on Sunday 22 July 2012 when the team fell 1-0 to hosts Nakuru AllStars in a show stopper that kicked off at 1500hrs.

Homeboyz were punished in the first half by a former player Sebastian Muchera who netted the lone goal of the game in the 34 minute.

Slash Homeboyz gap

Muchera rose highest to meet a throw in from Noah Abich that he sent home with a flick of his head in what turned out to be the match winner and his 15th goal of this season.

With the win, the 12th in 13 home games, third placed Nakuru AllStars moves to 48 points from 22 games to slash second placed Homeboyz's gap to three points. AllStars however has played two games less than Homeboyz.
