Nairobi Provincial League (NPL) side Nakumatt FC is looking to recruit two experienced defenders ahead of the next season.
Confirmation
Confirming the news to futaa.com, Nakumatt Head Coach George Ouma added the team had already recruited former Mathare Youth custodian Jeff Odhiambo as part of the strategy of sealing the loopholes at the back.
-This season we scored a massive 72 goals against our opponents and conceded 32. That shows the biggest shortcoming in the team is at the backline. We’ve recruited Jeff from Mathare and I believe he is one of our best signings, Ouma told futaa.com.
-We are now scouting for two experienced defenders and if we find them I believe the team will be perfect for next season, he added.

Nakumatt finished second in the NPL with 81 points having played 38 matches.
