Mwachiponi lands at Naivasha

Former Congo United players Mwachiponi Mohammed officially landed in Naivasha ready to kick start season with Karuturi Sport at the Old Trafford.

Confirming the arrival, Karuturi coach Michael Nam said that the arrival was a great boost to their preparation as they prepare to engage an extra gear as days go.

Squad boost

-Mwachiponi arrived today [Thursday 5 January 2012] and I think that is a great boost to my plans this season.

The player was among the last of the new signings to arrive ahead of former Real Kisumu defender Salim Shitu Abdalla who is expected to arrive on Friday 6 January 2012.

Karuturi will start the season against former champions Sofapaka on Sunday 12 February 2012 at home.
