KCB midfielder Mungai Kiongera produced a man-of-the match performance as KCB beat Kenyan Premier League (KPL) match on Sunday 26 August at the Nyayo National Stadium.
He scored in the 42nd minute and was also involved in the build-up to Peter Wainaina's goal.
Mungai, who was awarded with a DSTV Walka, his fourth of the season, was joyous after the match saying the team played excellently.
Performance
-We played very well when attacking and also when defending and were better than our opponents, Mungai said after the game.
-I thank God and my team mates, I wouldn’t have achieved this without them, he added.
The Harambee Stars midfielder is KCB’s top scorer so far this season with seven goals.
