KNH FC Head Coach George Mukambi has termed the Nairobi Provincial League as very tough adding that it has now reached a critical stage.
With five matches left, Jericho AllStars top the league with 71 points while Eastleigh Youth is second with 67 points, Nakumatt FC and Kibera Black Stars third and fourth respectively with 66 points each but Nakumatt has a superior goal difference.
Critical
Mukambi’s KNH FC is 13th with 37 points but has played 30 matches. They host Baba Dogo United at KNH Grounds on Saturday 8 September 2012 and play seventh-placed Bedjos FC at St.Patricks in Maringo.
-The league is very tight. We have five matches within ten days. I’m urging my boys to raise their game since the league has now reached a critical stage and we cannot afford to underrate any team, Mukambi told futaa.com.
The Provincial League is the third-tier of Kenyan Football.
