As Scottish Premier League Champions Celtic take on Spartak Moskva in their second group match of the UEFA Champions League, Kenyan Victor Mugubi Wanyama will steer clear of cards.
Reason
Wanyama, who was forced to skip a match in the pre-qualifiers, on account of a red-card, says that he wants to see his team through the tournament hence the need for added vigilance.
-I got a booking against Benfica and I just have to be aware about trying to avoid getting any more yellow cards because I want to play in all the games and enjoy them, he told the Eveningtimes.
-I was sent off in Helsinki and it was frustrating to miss the qualifying game against Helsingborgs.
-Missing important games like that one is not good for any player. So, I have learned from that and want to move on.
Venue
The match will be played on Tuesday 2 October, at Moskva’s Olimpiyskiy stadion Luzhniki.
