Nicodemus Odipo proved to be an extra ordinary scorer when he scored a hat-trick in a second consecutive match in the South Coast Provincial Zone B league to lift his team over visiting Annex-07 from Shimmo la tewa in a Sunday 23 September 2012.

Odipo, whose skills are yet to get the attention of national Coach Henry Michael shot Polytechnic into lead three minutes after half hour mark.

Abdalla Majid Makame made it 2-0 ten minutes after breather before Odipo stretched lead in the 66^th minute then sealed the victory in the 82^nd minute when he completed his hat trick in netting his eighteenth goal of the season.

Ten point gap

Last Weekend Odipo also scored a hat-trick in the Polytechnics 6-1 drubbing of Dream Team.

Following the results Mombasa Polytechnic have opened a ten point lead over the second placed Nacet from Ukunda in the 21-team Zone B.

Polytechnic have a total of 39 points from 16 matches. Annex-07 is placed third from bottom of the 22 team table.
