Millers set for Thursday return

Chemelil
Chemelil Sugar is preparing for travel back to Nairobi on Thursday 28 February 2013 ahead of their Friday second round of Tusker Premier League match against counterparts and former champions Mathare United at the MISC Kasarani.

This will be less than a week after the team headed back to their base after the weekend controversial 1-1 draw against AFC Leopards at the same venue.

Cost effective

Secretary Samuel Ndung'u confirmed that the team will not be affected by the back and forth movement that they have been through this week saying that the team is ready.

-We are prepared for the match and we will give them the best challenge when the time comes just as we did against AFC Leopards. It was hard for us to stay in Nairobi over the period due to the cost.

Millers are prepared to improve their position on the league standings after managing a top 8 place last season. The millers are targeting a top fifth place this season.
