Milan are among several clubs thought to be preparing a N1.5 Billion (€7.3m) offer for Chelsea full-back Ashley Cole.
The England international continues to stall over signing a new contract at Stamford Bridge and could be available in January.
According to the Daily Mirror, Milan are among those clubs who have shown an interest in the 31-year-old.
The others are Real Madrid, who would reunite him with Jose Mourinho as a replacement during Marcelo’s long-term injury.
Cole, who can talk to other clubs from January about a possible Bosman transfer next summer, is said to be attainable for as little as N1.5 Billion (€7.3m)
Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Anzhi are all also reported to be tracking the Champions League winner.
