Girls Premier League match after seeing off hosts Western
Commando 3-7 in a league tie played at Butere Girls on Saturday 4 August 2012.

The tie, initially planned for Saturday 28 July 2012 but pushed backward by a week, kicked off at 1500hrs.
Matuu led the tie 1-3 at the break before eventually lifting the game 3-7 at the final whistle.
Christine Nafula opened the score for Matuu before 14 year old Sharon Aidi drove the host’s level.
Nafula completed her brace
The much experienced Matuu then pulled away to a 1-3 half time safety with two goals from Kenya U20 player Sharon Bushenei and a second from Nafula.
Early in the second half, Nafula completed her brace before former Werder Bremen and FC Zwolle midfielder Doreen Nabwire scored a fifth to stretch Matuu’s lead to 1-5.
Western Commando then improved the score line with two goals from 13 and a half year old Majoline Wafula to make the score 3-5.
Sixth in seven away games
Matuu then pulled away once and for all with a brace from Fransine Khamali to settle the game at 3-7.
The latest win, the sixth in seven away games for Matuu and an overall 12th in 14 games sends the team to 37 points to stay top of the 12-team league for yet another weekend.
Beaten Western Commando, beaten for the fourth time in eight home games and tenth time from 15 games, remain eighth on the log with 15 points from as many games.
