Tusker FC coach Robert Matano has admitted that his substitutes against KCB were a successive lot managing to turn around events in the match.
According to the tactician, the strikers were under instructions to kill the game and they followed this to the letter by pilling pressure on the bankers.

-All my players were prepared for the match and that is why I brought in some good strikers to come and kill the game.
-We however still have a long way to go celebrations cannot commence now with six matches to go.
The three made immediate impact with Ndege netting the first goal and Jockins Atudo adding a second from a freekick after an interrupted attack.
Tusker is now top of the log but tied in points with AFC Leopards.
