Gor Mahia leapfrogged Tusker into the helm of the Tusker Premier League with a 1-0 win in a match played at the City Stadium in Nairobi on Sunday 28 October 2012.
Optimism
Despite the loss, Tusker Head Coach Robert Matano remained optimistic that the team would retain the title saying the remaining matches would be the determinant.
-We lost our chances today but it’s not over yet. The remaining matches will determine which team wins the title, he said.
Games
Tusker is now second in the log with 54 points and will face Western Stima and Nairobi City Stars in its last league matches.
