Former Rangers FC man Oscar Olwith opened the scoring on 12 minutes with Gilbert Ochieng adding the second on the half hour mark.
Paul Ambembo added a third on 50 minutes while Charles Pilipili scored the home side's fourth of the day 20 minutes later.
Mahakama received the result as a sign of a strong season finish.
