Gor won the Nairobi derby 2-1 on Saturday 23 September 2012 at the Moi International Sports Centre in Kasarani, with a stand-out display from Dan Sserunkuma.
The win was significant in the race for the Premier League title, with Gor overtaking Leopards in the league standings.
