Gor Mahia coach Zdravko Logarusic has described the Saturday derby against arch rivals AFC Leopards as a game of two halves in which they almost lost towards the end.

According to the winning Coach of the afternoon, his boys started on a high but their steam faded as the match approached its tail end forcing them to struggle for the win.

Happy with the points

-That was a game of two halves. We played well in the first half and our opponents played well in the second. We created many chances and converted two of them, they also had chances but did not take them. 

Logarusic is however happy with the goals and the points saying that all that mattered at the end of the day was the win and Gor Mahia indeed got the win despite being narrow

His parting shot was direct; Gor Mahia deserved the win.
