Little pickings from Mbaraki friendly

Petty Cash

A friendly match played on Saturday 13 October 2012 at Mbaraki grounds between Division One side Bandari and Tusker Premier League side AFC Leopards netted a small collection of Kshs 59,500.

Delayed kick off

Interestingly, FKF South Coast Branch was denied its share of gate collection from friendly that ended in a 1-1 draw after a delayed kick due to disagreement on who was to officiate the game.

-We have never heard the rule of 20%. We shall sort out the matter with Omondi Aduda back in Nairobi, responded a club official of AFC Leopards.

Entitle to 20%

According to a letter by FKF Secretary General Omondi Aduda sent to Secretaries of Bandari and AFC Leopards, FKF South Coast Branch, by virtue of being the hosts were entitled to 20% of all the gate collections after all the statutory deductions have been affected.
