Ligi, KRA Coaches concur on wasted chances

Ligi Ndogo

Ligi Ndogo SC and KRA came out of their Sunday 22 July 2012 encounter with a point each after both sides tied 0-0 in their morning game played at the City Stadium.

We wanted to win

Coaches from either side separately concur that their teams missed chances in the game.

-It’s a game that we wanted to win and they also wanted to win

-We lost very many chances that, if we scored, we should have won, said KRA Coach Ken Kenyatta to futaa.com

Missed chances

His Ligi Ndogo counterpart Mike azeu Kamure had something similar to say on the game

-It was frustrating that at the close of the tie all we got was a point. It did not reflect the effort we put in the game

-We missed chances which we should have scored to win the game.

Maintains fifth spot

-We created many chances and it is our finishing that let us down and this is an area we will be working on going to the next game, he concluded in reference to his team’s second straight 0-0 draw

After the day’s game, Ligi Ndogo maintains fifth spot with 36 points from 22 games. KRA is tenth with 31 points after playing two games more than Ligi Ndogo.
