Ligi keen to end bad streak

Ligi Ndogo

On Wednesday 10 October 2012, seventh placed Ligi Ndogo will be away to ninth placed Congo JMJ United in a Division One Zone A league tie at the Hope Centre.

Losing streaks

Ahead of the 1100hrs local time kick off, Ligi Ndogo’s head Coach Mike Kamure has a plan; to get his team to end a losing streak the side has suffered to three Mombasa sides in recent times.

-I hope to lift the team’s morale in the game tomorrow

No injury worries

-We are on a three game losing run and we hope to end that streak. You know it can be very demoralizing if we do not bring it to an end.

Besides the plan to end that losing run that has seen the side fall in straight games to Bandari, Admiral and Coast United, the Coach has no injury worries.

Young

-I have a full strength team for the game. However there will be three changes to the starting lineup, he concluded confirming keeper Samuel Njau, defender Edward Kiarie and striker Charmant Chihugyu will all be out.

Their places will be taken up by keeper Charles Young Ouma, Mikel Mwaniki and former Gatundu Stars striker John Njoroge respectively

With 47 points, Ligi Ndogo has a four point gap over Congo. Both have played 30 games.
