Leopards will be without key defender in upcoming derby

On Saturday 22 September 2012, AFC Leopards will host Gor Mahia in a Tusker Premier League show topper set for the Moi International Sports centre Kasarani from 1500hrs.

Fifth yellow

While it had earlier been confirmed that central defender Eric Masika will be available for the game, it is also confirmed that another defender Edwin Wafula Baraza will miss the game due to accumulation of yellow cards.

Wafula was handed his fifth yellow in the recent 2-1 loss to Western Stima, a game played on Saturday 15 September 2012 at the Afraha Stadium, Nakuru.

Wafula's suspension has been confirmed by League & Competitions Administrator Phoebe Amuyunzu from the Premier League office.
