Leopards fans vow to stay peaceful

AFC Leopards fans have vowed to promote peace when they make the trip to Nakuru today.

Leopards face off with Western Stima in a Tusker Premier League match at the Afraha Stadium in Nakuru, this afternoon, Saturday 15 September 2012.

Hordes of fans are taking the trip from the capital City Nairobi to Nakuru in the Rift Valley and they have said that they will not be pushed into making a bad name for themselves in the quiet town.

Keep peace

- We are a peaceful set of fans. Our aim is to travel to Nakuru and cheer our team to victory.

- Football is the agenda for us and we are not going to result to violence, no matter the circumstances, Caxton Agala, the leader of the Nairobi to Nakuru convoy told Futaa.com.

The match kicks off at 1500 hrs local time.
