Ligi Ndogo shattered initially high riding Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) 3-2 in a water tight second tier match played on Sunday 3 November 2013 at the City Stadium.
The Ken Kenyatta lead side opened the scoring in the 11th minute through Richard Mmboyi with Gabin Agweje making it 2-0 at the quarter hour mark to head for half time with the scoreboard reading 2-0.
In the second half, Ligi Ndogo came back a revamped side and cancelled one in the 56th minute through Brian Yator before Nigerian import Phillip Ogochukwu leveled matters in the 70th minute.
It was however Dik Oketch who left KRA bench in disbelief with the winning goal in the dying moments of the match.
20 matches unbeaten
The tax men will have themselves to blame for looking relaxed in the second half giving Ligi Ndogo a life line.
Prior to the defeat, KRA had gone 20 matches unbeaten, a record that helped them book an early slot in the play offs for promotion to top flight football.
Ligi Ndogo plays Mahakama in their final match of the season as KRA face Sparki Youth in their season winder as well.
