FKF Division One Zone B League leaders Bandari FC are assured of top flight football next season with three matches to spare after the heavy Bidco United loss at the hands of KRA on Sunday 28 October.
Congratulations
After achieving the feat, just a season after getting relegated, the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) National Executive Committee (NEC) member for Coast Hussein Terry has passed his congratulatory message to the Dockers.
Terry, speaking to futaa.com, lauded the club’s sponsors too and the technical bench for their support and predicted a long stay in the top flight for the team.
Salute
-After the Bidco game it is clear that no team can surpass Bandari so I take this chance as the Coast NEC member to salute the players, the Bandari officials, KPA for their sponsorship, the technical bench and the people of Coast for supporting the team.
-Last time it was said that they got promoted via a lift and went down via the same lift, now they are up via the stairs and I hope they stay up for years to come.
-We hope that in the next few years they will be joined by another team from Coast, he said.
Bandari has 73 points after 34 matches while the second placed Bidco United has 65.
