Kolongolo FC, from Zone B of the Western Provincial League, will take a one week break before going back to camp on 20 September, in preparation of the promotion mini-league to be played on Friday 5 October at the Mumias Sports Complex.
This was confirmed by the club’s head Coach Cliff Cox, who says that he is confident his side will make the second tier league.
-We made some decent signings during the mid-season transfer window and it is the entry of these new players that has seen the team grow stronger than before, Cox told Futaa.com.
-I am sure we shall be performing well in the mini-league and eventually get promoted.
Mini-league
The mini-league will feature eight teams, four each from the Nothern and Western Zone.
