Kiongera ready for Zebras test

KCB FC forward Paul Kiongera is optimistic that the Kenya Development will register positive results against the Zebras of Botswana in a friendly match, on Thursday 12 July, at Nyayo National Stadium.

According to the Kenyatta University student, even though they had a few training days, the players have gelled very well as it is the same team that travelled to the West Africa for friendly matches in January and they expect to perform better.

-We are psyched-up and we want to restore the faith of our beloved fans, Kiongera told futaa.com.

-This is a team that knows each other very well. Yes, we have had few training sessions but I believe we are talented enough to match our opponents, he added.

The match to kick-off at 1800hrs local time will be aired live on SS9.
