Kimanzi: Stars still have space to shine

Kimanzi

Harambee Stars head Coach Francis Kimanzi was not a disappointed man after the National team was held to a barren draw at home by visiting Flames of Malawi at the MISC Kasarani.

Speaking after the match, Kimanzi assured that this being a qualifier, the team has room to fight another day and emerge victorious.

Strong Flames

-Malawi have very good players and they showed it by making the game very difficult for us but this is a qualifier and therefore we have a chance to keep ourselves in the fight.

Kimanzi believes that the team is still strong enough and would keep getting better in their upcoming matches away and at home.

The Home Boys are scheduled to play Namibia away next weekend - on Saturday 9 June 2012 before facing Togo in their 2013 AFCON qualifier on 16 June 2012.
