Kick off dates for lower leagues confirmed

The lower leagues, the Division One as well as the FKF Girls Premier League will both kick off six days after the Kenyan Premier league (KPL) - on Saturday 16 February 2013.

The dates were confirmed after a National Executive Committee meeting held at the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) offices on Thursday 3 January 2013.

-Before the kickoff we will call all the clubs to a meeting for a discussion which will include a discussion on the fixtures, among others

In the past year,the second tier division one and Girls league kicked off on the 3 March, three weeks after the KPL had set off.
