Kibera Celtic beat Nairobi Stima 1-0 in a Division One Zone A match played at Woodley Grounds in Kibera on Saturday 29 September 2012.
Isaac Omari scored the only goal of the game from the spot kick after Kote Berry was brought down in the box.
Preparations
Kibera Celtic Head Coach Mike Amenga attributed the win to the team’s good preparations.
-We had prepared well for this particular match and I’m happy we got a good result. We now look forward to our next match and hope to get a positive result, Amenga told futaa.com.
Celtic is now 12th in the 20-team Zone A table with 32 points from 29 matches and will host Coast United in its next league game tomorrow, Sunday 30 September 2012.
