After the disappointment of losing their first home match of the season cooled off, Naivasha/Gilgil side Sunderland Keroche sat down for an assessment of where they went wrong.
It occurred to them that they might have slightly underrated their opponents, Naivasha United FC.
-From the outset it appeared like an easy match and the coach decided to put our younger players to test, Team Manager Paul Karanja told Futaa.com
-This coupled with the fact that some of our key player were out on injury break led us to lose the match.

Karanja also points out that they have picked up after the loss and will be back to winning ways in their next match.
-We know where we went wrong and we are making the necessary amendments.
Sunderland are currently placed second in the league’s standings, one point behind leaders Wildfire.
