Kenyan midfielder Patrick Armando Osiako has signed a two
year deal with Israel’s top flight side Hapoel Be'er Sheva.

Training with the club in recent days, Armando whose three months short term deal with Romania’s top flight side Petrolul Ploiesti ended at the close of June this year, has confirmed that he has put pen to paper

The former Coast Stars and Tusker player went to Europe in January 2007 when he joined Swedish side Mjallby AIF on an initial two and a half year deal.
He extended his stay at the club till the close of his additional two years in October 2011.

Hapoel Be'er Sheva is a club founded back in 1949. According to Wikipedia, the club is based in Beersheba and was first promoted to the Isreali top flight in 1965.
The team won back to back titles in the 1974/5 and 1975/6
seasons. At the close of the 2011/12 season, the team finished 13th in the 14 team league.
Other than Osiako, the team has five other foreigners in it's ranks; Zambia midfielder William Njovu, Brazilian midfielder William, American defender Ryan Adeleye, Argentine forward Nicolas Falczuk and Nigeria keeper Austin Ejide.
