After missing out on a chance to continue his stay at Danish seecond division club Svebølle B & I on account of an expired contract, Kenyan Emmanuel Ake has made some headway in getting a new team.
The
player recently fell in favour of Danish fourth tier side FC
Djursland, a team that has already declared its need for his services.
- We have already his license. However, there are a couple of issues we need to
sort out and we need to assess his physical condition as well, FC Djursland coach
Anders Bjerre told lokalavisen.dk.
-But he is more than welcome; a player with his experience and qualities can really help you.
Home return
On his eviction from Denmark, Ake came back to Kenya, where he was even said to be looking at the possibility of joining Division One heavyweight’s Bandari.
He, however, was to jet out, back to Denmark, in June.
