Karuturi humbles AllStars in friendly

Karuturi

Karuturi Sports FC ended their mid-season build-up matches on a winning note after beating Division One side Nakuru AllStars FC 2-0, on Tuesday 19 June, at Karuturi Sports Complex.

Kenyan Premier League club scored both goals in the first half through newly signed Ugandan import Zzinde Hussein and Peter Juma.

KPL action

The Flower-men are sandwiched between sixth placed Western Stima FC and eighth placed Chemelil Sugar FC with 22 points each but separated by goal difference while AllStars are ranked second on the Western Zone League.

Karuturi will host Mathare United in their next league match, on Saturday 23 June 2012.
