Kamau: Losing David is a blow

John Kamau

Thika United will miss the services of midfielder David Bogere when they take on Western Stima in the two teams’ round 27 match at the Thika Municipal Stadium on Sunday 21 October.

Fresh

The player is suspended after getting sent off in his team’s last league match against Tusker and coach John Kamau says his absence is a blow to the team considering the player is a lot fresher since he has not played much in the season.

However, speaking to futaa.com, Kamau said he hopes to find a replacement from within for the game.

Crucial time

-We are at a crucial time in the season when we need all our players fit and available; having David out at this time is a big blow to us particularly because he is one of those players who haven’t played much this season.

-He is considerably fresher but that is done we will just have to find a replacement from within, he said.
