Kagera to handle Chemelil-Ulinzi tie

James Kagera has been appointed as the centre referee for the Kenyan Premier League match between Chemilil Sugar and Ulinzi Stars, on Saturday 1 September, at Chemelil Sports Complex.

Kagera will be making a return after serving a one-month suspension following his erroneous decisions in the AFC Leopards-Nairobi City Stars match.

Confirmed

The Nairobi-based whistleblower will be assisted by David Sagero and Gilbert Cheruyoit.

Haji Adede, a teacher by profession, will be the reserve referee and Samwel Omwayo the match Commissioner.
