Manchester
United new signing Shinji Kagawa has said he is adapting well to England life after
swapping Borussia Dortmund for Manchester United.
The Japan international joined United from Dortmund in June for a reported fee of 22 million Euros.
Debut
Kagawa who is set to make debut impression for United as he starts on Tuesday 24 July 2012 against South Africa’s AmaZulu said his experience has so far been favourable.
-The city and architecture is quite different from Dortmund, and I still feel like I am a tourist; everything is new and exciting. Manchester is very relaxing and the time is flowing very slowly. I think this is a great environment for a football player. He wrote on his official blog.
Affection
Kagawa has embraced his roots in the J-League's second division by wearing the same number, 26, he wore at Cerezo Osaka.
The 23-year-old also hailed his Dortmund supporters who he passionately said made him what he is today and will forever remain part of him.
