Juma handed KCB job

Tusker Premier League side KCB has reportedly appointed Abdalla Juma as their new coach.

According to a source close to the Bankers, the management has settled for the current Bidco United tactician as a replacement for former coach James Omondi.

Omondi was sacked last month (November) by KCB after failing to reach their target of finishing among the top eight in the just concluded season.

-Juma has been given the job and he will be unveiled tomorrow, said the source to futaa.com.

On contacting the former Thika United and Congo United Coach, Juma could neither confirm nor deny the appointment.

-It is true, I applied for the job and I was also interviewed.  I have been contacted by KCB, but it is not yet clear whether I am their new coach, said Juma

Juma’s contract with Bidco is due to expire at the end of this month (December).
