A total of six matches were played over the weekend in the Upper Eastern Provincial League. Isiolo Youth thrashed Kathanga 4-0 on Saturday 6 September 2012 while Imofinja won by a solitary goal over Kisima United in the other match played on the same day.
Sunday
In other matches played on Sunday 7 October 2012, Imofinja beat Kathanga 2-1, Mitunguu eased past Kathanthatu with a 3-0win, while KCC registered an impressive 6-1 win over Menwe.
Kisima United vs Taqwa match was abandoned with the score still at 0-0 after players from the former rejected centre referee’s decision to award the letter a penalty.
KCC top the 14-team Upper Eastern table with 43 points from 17 matches.
